Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. His passion is to train the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He has published numerous pieces on the internet and has been a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's Unchangeable Truth.
